Unresolved Chargeback will appear in this dashboard. You can view the chargeback - - , resolve the chargeback - - or go to the person record - - for any chargeback.
A Chargebck must be resolved before any actions can be taken against it. You may choose to do nothing, or you may choose to apply a suspension incident to the product it relates to. When you choose to create the suspension incident, this places the chargeback in the member portal for the member to pay. When the member pays the Chargeback, a new invoice is generated and the incidents attached are then released.
