The product dashboard displays the actual services/subscriptions sold to people.
Each product has different product types to adjust to the role each person may have.
¶ View Product
To view the Product Details, click on the - - icon. This will cause the View Product window to slide out from the right side of the screen.
- Type: The service assoaciated to the product
- Portal Self Cancel: Cancelling avilable from portal
- Driver: The third party provider
- One Product Per: Limitation by either person or relationship/office
¶ View Product Types
Types associated to each product to help define conditions for that product depending on the person's role.
To view the Available Product Types for a Product, click on the - - icon. This will cause the Available Product Types window to slide out from the right side of the screen.
Clickin the - - icon from this dashboard will cause the View Product Type window to slide out from the right side of the screen. This view contains the details related to a specific product that may be available for a role.
- Code: Tangilla internal code
- Member Type: NAR code for member type
- State Subclass: NAR code for subclass
- License Types: Limits product to certain license types only
- Roles: Limits product to certain roles only
- Nar Dues: Defines whether product has NAR dues
- State Dues: Defines whether product has state dues
- Is Realtor: Limits product to realtors only
- Is Default: Defines whether this product is assign by default
- Upgrades To: Product to upgrade when becoming broker
- Downgrades To: Product to downgrade when brokerage ends
- Required Product: Product necessary to have with
¶ View Bill Types
Displays the Bill Types for the product.
To view them, click on the - - icon. This will cause the Bill Types window to slide out from the right side of the screen.
- On application: Once when applying
- Recurring: Recurring billing for each cycle
- Recurring office: Recurring billing for each cycle for the DR of the Main office
- Late fee: Defines if there are late fees
- Reinstatment fee: Defines if there are reinstatment fees
- Rpac: Contributions
- Foundation: Contributions
